my appointment isn't until tomorrow, but i already know what's gonna happen. NO ONE is answering the phone and i just need to know when my appointment is. if they called to remind me what time it's at, they didn't leave a voicemail or anything. this is super unprofessional.

They are very unprofessional. He asked me what my emergency was. I told him I had an infected tooth and that I couldn't chew on my right side. He took out my tooth but then he told me that he couldn't fill in my cavity in the same day. That he didn't like doing fill ins and that he has other patients. He told me I had to make another appointment to get my cavity filled

The office is filty and smells bad!! I'm not sure how it's still open. I had a 10 o'clock appointment and didn't get seen until 11 due to the only staff being the Dentist. I was the only patient. The board of health needs to go shut it down! Even the patient rooms are full of clutter! I would not recommend this place to anyone. I'm not sure why they're still in business!

Worst Dentist ever. If you wanna be in severe pain after and during your appointment go here. He will not do anything about your pain after the first numbing he just keep saying come on we can get threw this you young and strong. Went to a different dentist on the 6th floor of this building he was way better same procedure done with minimum pain.
Freeman's Family Dentistry should be closed he to old and barely has the strength to use some of them old tools. All 3 times I went first one for my first appointment 2nd to get x-rays and 3rd to get my teeth pulled he was asleep at the front counter playing Facebook videos. Somebody tell they grandad to retire he past his prime.
