My experience was very embarrassing and totally misleading. I am greatly disappointed because l was referred by a dentist l like very much. I will have a conversation with him about my poor experience at your office. They not only turned down the insurance provided unbeknownst to me especially after l drove about 19 miles for an appointment with them. I had told them, on the phone who my insurance was provided, when l got there they turned me down when in fact they could have easily did that on the phone with having to to drive so far to them. I was totally pissed but l maintained my composer, being the graceful and perfessional person that l am.

But on top of that. They wanted to change me over $300. 00 for an exam before l left the office. I said, why would you want to sell me a service that l didn't need especially when you turned down my HMO, saying you only accept PPO. I was completely livid from inside. I left that office feeling sad and very embarrassed by there service.

Give me a damn break. I have never been treated that way by any professional. I will never give them any business nor will l refer anyone to go there. Shame on them to have treated me that way. ✔️

Very thorough. Great staff. I went to Dr. Hudson after visiting 3 other Implant Doctors. Dr. Hudson was the only one that proposed that I get 3 implants rather than an Implant and a bridge. One of the teeth was extracted and replaced with the Implant. The other 2 empty (spaces) teeth were part of a bridge. Dr.

Hudson replaced those empty spaces with implants and I now will have 3 permanent teeth instead of a bridge. On the day of my visit I admit I was concerned about the procedure and the possible pain to follow. Happy to say that the entire procedure took about 2 hours. He had to remove the current bridge, extract tooth #3 and then insert the Implant paraphernalia in tooth 3, 4, and 5. This was followed by some stitches, and finally a temporary bridge was inserted. Remember, I went in with teeth in my mouth and came out with teeth. I am happy to say there was NO residual pain. I was able to survive with just over the counter Tylenol although Dr. Hudson prescribed stronger medicine if needed.

I did not need it. I just had a 7 day check up and had stitches removed. Everything is healing great. THIS WAS A SEAMLESS PROCESS. DR. HUDSON AND STAFF WERE GREAT.
