They don't do they're job well they have you come back for multiple apps and do exrays every time you come just to get paid by insurance. They don't even do they're job good. Don't bring your kids here or come for yourself. One of the staff here is just rude and has no respect.
She has a whole attitude. You might sit here for hours beyond your scheduled time. Apparently everyone gets scheduled all at once

Calling to schedule an appointment was a breeze, however on Thursday, the day of my appointment I learned that the customer service is awful. The lady working at the front desk was unprofessional and rude. There was a stranger in the lobby making me feel uncomfortable so when she started reading the date of birth on my ID out loud, I asked her not to do that and she gave me a long, cold, dirty look.
She also walked away with my insurance card without communication until about 10 minutes later when she said it could’ve be used too.

Honestly
Amazing staff, always going above & beyond to see to the needs of the patient(s). Beautifully decorated, aesthetically soothing given some of the procedures one is about to endure, etc. I left the area and travel miles just to go back, worth it! I haven't found quality care like her team provides anywhere else.
They take the time to explain and genuinely care about the entire family's oral hygiene. Wish I could've given more stars. Thanks guys

Overall, the people in this office are kind and they do a good job with cleanings, but don’t offer any surgical options. My family has been using this dental office for about 10 years off and on and I have seen it change many hands over the years. As of late, I have noticed they have a big issue with scheduling. Booking families for appointments and making people wait almost an hour to be seen because they don’t have multiple Doctors to see the patients at once. I have a family of seven so you can imagine I don’t want to spend three hours in the dentist office.
If I knew they didn’t have sufficient physicians, I would not ever book me and my kids together. Another issue I’ve noticed with this office is they must be having issues generating business. I get phone calls from personal numbers to schedule appointments. When they don’t see you answer their main line. They literally will call you from unknown numbers and during off hours of business, which is very unprofessional.
I have addressed my issues with this office many times, but it does not seem to make a difference. They give free movie tickets to CHILDREN and if I’m being honest that’s the biggest plus otherwise it’s a hassle to come here honestly. I hope they make changes in 2025!
