So basically. I had a tooth i needed a root canal in and decided i’d rather have it pulled. i was told by my insurance root canals are not covered so i decided to do an extraction which IS covered by my insurance. I go to my appointment and am told extractions aren’t covered and that that a root canal would be cheaper because after an extraction i need to pay for my implant to be done which would be more money out of my pocket. I leave and call my issuance and am once again told i AM covered by extractions and was even given a code (that allure dental apparently was using) that states i’m covered by extractions. The woman is very persistent on how if i want an extractions it needs to be a Surgical Extraction and not a normal extraction. So i AGAIN call my insurance and am told im covered for a surgical extraction (oral surgery). I’m not going back and forth any more to be told another excuse. it’s clear they want more money. not an argument. the lady there is good; she knows how to TRY to make more money for her boss. i don’t need a response from you guys either. genuinely not interested in what you have to say.

Huge mistake coming here they will tell you that your insurance covers nothing also I didn’t like the equipment being old and it looked unclean
