I was recently laid off from a position and am receiving unemployment. The first time I called this place to make an appointment, I told the receptionist about my current situation and was immediately placed on hold for 20 minutes before just hanging up. I called back and the automatic voice stated there were no callers ahead of me. They saw my caller I.D and were ignoring me on purpose! I called back this morning to try once more and this woman straight up told me in the middle of booking “I have an emergency so I will need to hang up”, literally right after I told her I had no insurance and am receiving unemployment due to a recent layoff. Never in my life has that ever happened to me. I thought this was a business…. These people are not for the community as they advertise and are only willing to help patients they can suck the most money out of. DISGUSTING. On top of that they hire the most unprofessional, hoodrat staff I have ever encountered. The receptionists have zero phone etiquette or customer service skills. I received nothing but straight attitude. I hope you get put OUT OF BUSINESS

I was treated with respect,and the staff had a professional attitude. I would recommend braword community dental to everyone who is looking for a dental care service. Everyone was great .
