Ever since the original owner past away, all customer care has gone out the window. After calling to let them know that traffic was extensive, 5pm on a tuesday, and i was literally waiting to turn into the parking lot they let me know their grace period was only 8 minutes and was best to reschedule even after being in front of the clinic 10 mins after my appointment. Tremendous way to lose clients quickly!
I have been coming here since they have opened this location. Having followed Dr. Andalib from his prior office he was a partner dentist at. It really upset me to find out that he had passed, like many of his patients felt. He was an amazing Dentist and very kind and friendly human being. He will truly be missed...Thankfully, his practice is still in great hands. The place continues to be a clean and a positive atmosphere for both employees and customers a-like. I wish them continued success and I will continue to refer patients to this wonderful dentistry. Some people are terrified of going to the Dentist, but this team truly cares!
