The is the best dental practice I have even been to. Dr. Sarris and his staff are experts in dental care. The office is comfortable and extremely clean. They make me feel like family. I was scared of the dentist before I found them and now I look forward to my visits! Highly recommended!

The Front Desk staff was absolutely lovely, super sweet and nice, but the Dentist upon speaking to me was EXTREMELY rude. I was told the previous year that my cavities would be fully covered based on my insurance, this year it's only 60%, cool! But upon showing my confusion, he immediately responded "Yeah well Benefits change every year" then walked away and muttered under his breath "Good luck with that" with a scoff. Me and the receptionist looked at eachother for a moment after he left, and she had to awkwardly laugh off his rudeness and apologize on his behalf. I wouldve had no problem paying the remaining costs of what was needed to repair my teeth but that was off putting to say the least and most definitely not the customer service, nor type of response you want to receive from somebody that's going to be working on your mouth. I won't be returning to finish my treatment after this experience.
