Had my first and second experience there and each time the receptionist makes me feel slightly uncomfortable. I believe she is the owner. She knows my name but gives me pet names and I'm almost 40 years old. So a 3 because of the level of customer service. Establishment was clean, my deep cleaning is going well. The dental assistance who performed was very gentle. Very little discomfort. Communicated well with me during the procedure. If the customer service improves, I don't see a fair recent to give them a try. I'm there to keep a nice smile, good customer service helps that.
