The front desk team, including Aneta and other young staff members, makes the appointment scheduling and check-in/out process smooth and efficient. I appreciated the appointment reminders sent two weeks and two days in advance, ensuring I wouldn’t miss it. The office manager, Betty, prepared a detailed profile folder during my first exam, which included a clear treatment plan and financial summary—this was my favorite part of the experience. She was kind and patient in explaining everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. My dentist, Mr. Joy, was knowledgeable and made me feel at ease throughout the treatment. My hygienist, Astrid, took great care of my teeth, working gently, and I always felt refreshed after each cleaning. Highly recommend this dental clinic!
