I had my teeth cleaned by a dentist from Cuba that will be going to school to become a dentist in the US. I wish I could remember his name. He was wonderful in everything he did. I would love to see him again but he said he will be in school when I come back again. Wherever he chooses to work they will be lucky to have someone like him.

My daughter had a new patient appointment and is in severe pain with her wisdom teeth. This careless establishment called to confirm her appointment and I didn't get the call while working so they CANCELLED her appointment. I received a voicemail today and called them to confirm and was informed she didn't have an appointment scheduled at all. This is very poor customer service. People schedule appointments around their jobs and are not always waiting by the phone for a call. I hate that it is my child that suffers this time. I will not ever recommend this place.
