Dental Clinics in Okaloosa County, Florida

Brought my daughter here twice, the second time was to give them a second chance. The techs were awesome but it's such an unwelcoming environment especially for being a pediatric dental office. Honestly, its pretty drab and uninviting from the moment you walk in, front office ladies were not very nice and the doctor himself just didn't seem like he wanted to deal with my already nervous child - he didn't really do or say anything to make them feel at ease. This place definitely contributed to my child's dental anxiety and for that reason we won't be back.

Made my first appointment with this office and spoke with receptionist over the phone. I verified my account information and phone number and email. On the first occurrence I showed up in ample time with 20-30 minutes to fill out paperwork. When checking in, they said they canceled my appointment because I had not verified. Turns out the lady collecting my information wrote down the wrong number so my appointment was not verified and was cancelled. Instead of trying to accommodate for their mistake I had to return a month later. People make mistakes, no big deal so I drove an hour back home. One my second trip I already had all the new patient paperwork filled out. I was running 10 minutes late due to unforeseen traffic issues that I could not control. Receptionist called and verified I was coming and I had stated yes I would be there exactly 10 minutes past my appointment time. I walked into the building just to be told they will not see me, when she could have told me I might as well just turn around because I’m not going to be seen. No, instead the dentist that she talked to wanted to make an example of me. I reminded them of their past cancellation on my previous visit that was not my fault, they didn’t care. This place has terrible costumer service and doesn’t care about its patients. I work in healthcare and have seen better. You’re just a number and a card swipe far as I am concerned.
