Dear Dr. Abbo, I would like to express my deep disappointment regarding my recent experience at your practice. As your patient, I was repeatedly given a verbal quote of $370.00 for a dental deep cleaning. Due to my lifestyle, which frequently takes me between Italy and the United States, I called several times to schedule the appointment, and each time this amount was clearly confirmed. On the day of the appointment, after taking a day off work and driving over an hour to reach your office, I specifically asked for confirmation of the cost before starting, as I am aware of how certain systems work in America. At that point, I was told that $370.00 was the cost per quarter, and that the full cleaning would total $1,480.00 — an amount never mentioned before. I felt misled and disappointed by the lack of clarity and transparency. How can such a significant detail — that the quote was per quarter — be omitted in every conversation? I believe that providing accurate and consistent information from the very first contact is essential as a matter of respect toward patients. I’m writing this review for those more vulnerable individuals who, when faced with a situation like this, might feel embarrassed, unsure how to respond, and end up silently accepting humiliation and unfair treatment.

Great practice. Very clean, very professional practice of father and son Drs Abbo. Hygienist Vanessa is amazing and very meticulous . Just did deep cleaning. Did not feel any pain. Higly recommend this office
