I've been going to this office for about three years and they are never on time, even for a simple cleaning. At my last cleaning the hygienist scheduled my next cleaning in three months time; after three months had passed I realized that I hadn't had my cleaning so I called the office. They informed me that there was nothing scheduled in their system and that although it was their mistake they couldn't accommodate me for four months. Although it is disrespectful to my time, I've been willing to overlook that due to their proximity to my job. However, on two separate occasions now they have not performed as promised and their lack of follow through to correct the situation is completely unacceptable and impossible to overlook. As an example, I have now been waiting six weeks for a procedure that was supposed to be done a week after my last appointment. The worst part is that the only way that I am informed about the pending status of my procedure is by me calling over and over again. They constantly promise to call me back and keep me informed, but it never happens. I would not recommend this office and only wish I had done some research prior to scheduling with them.
