I had a terrible first experience at Midtown Dental Miami. I came in for a simple routine cleaning—my first visit—and was told they needed to do X-rays, a saliva test, and a gum test first. That took about 45 minutes. Once that was finally done, they said I could proceed with the cleaning. Then I was left waiting for another 45 minutes. I asked multiple times what was going on, and each time I was told the person who does the cleaning was busy with another patient. Eventually, they admitted the person was actually on their lunch break and I’d have to wait another 15 minutes. At that point, I just left. Even though the staff was kind, this was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I took time off work for this appointment, spent two full hours there, and never even got my teeth cleaned. Completely unacceptable.

I came here an the service is great. They are super nice and always willing to help you. Angie Marie is always there with the best smile and greatest actitud 🫶🏽 Arlet is awesome as well she guided me through all the steps and really took her time to explain. The doctor Muskar is super nice. I’ll will keep coming back.
