It really breaks my heart the treatment that I received here. I paid a significant amount for dental teeth whitening and I was unhappy with the result, as matter of fact there were no results, my teeth stayed exactly the same. I expressed my concerns to the ladies in the office and they offered to perform the procedure once again. Seeing that the treatment did not work the first time, I decided I was better off requesting a refund or at least a partial refund, and seek some other type of treatment especially because I was in a considerable amount of pain and discomfort after receiving the treatment. I preferred not to go through that again. They were willing to grant me the refund but I am not allowed to return? Banned as a patient? Me, my husband, and my entire family go to this clinic and I am appalled they are willing to lose us all for something like this. I was told there is a lost of trust? I, being the client / patient, should be concerned of loss of trust considering I trusted a professional facility and paid them quite a bit to provide a professional service. I could have bought something over the counter and seen better results. I am afraid this place will only accept you as a patient and treat you well if you go by their rules. Extremely offensive and unprofessional.

I have been looking for a good dentist for a long time and I’m so happy and glad I found this place! The staff is amazing, very friendly and caring. The place is extremely clean, they take your temperature as soon as you come in and they follow all the COVID-19 regulations. The doctor is great, very passionate and you can tell he knows what he is doing. He explained everything in detail to me so I could understand what was going on and I didn’t feel any pain! (I had a deep cleaning and root canal done) 100% recommended! I won’t be going anywhere else 💜
