Anairis Ortiz. A VERY bad experience. They told me they were going to do one thing and then did another. They tricked me. What a disappointment, I don't recommend it to anyone. I was scammed in a terrible way. I wouldn't even give it a star, but it doesn't give me the option.

Very bad experience. On November 23, 2022, I went to the clinic at 6600 Cow Pen Road Suite 240, Miami Lakes, FL 33014, they took an x-ray and determined that I needed to have a deep cleaning. The lady at the reception came and explained to me that my insurance covered me up to 50%, something that was never true, she showed me a paper where it said a number 50% but it was for something that I did not have to do, I called my insurance and it really covered me 80%. They want to trick you to get more money from you, they are cheaters, I don't recommend it to anyone, very bad service and they want to take money from people who earn it with so much sacrifice by working.
