Dental Clinics in Nw 7th Ave, Miami Gardens, Miami Dade County, Florida

This used to be a 5 star review but i am an honest reviewer and here is how it worked itself down to 3 stars....This was the best dentist experience I've ever had, it was my first time and I got a general cleaning and a cavity filled in. It all took less than an hour. The female dentist that took care of me was very pleasant and professional. She made me feel so comfortable and explained everything as she was moving along. I would highly recommend this place to anyone...... that was my first experience...... My second visit they somehow did not verify with my insurance before my appointment and tried to do it the day of my visit and was not able to, they had to reschedule me which it costed me work, time, and money............ On my third visit I had an tooth extraction and they forgot to send me home with my pain meds and antibiotics prescriptions. They called me 5 and 1/2 hours later to ask me if I can pass by to pick them up, I told them no because i was at work. They said they will send to pharmacy and i can pick up from there and that I should start the antibiotics immediately. But the pharmacy closes before I get off work.so guess who can't start there antibiotics immediately..... Hospitality is still very good but protocol needs work especially when it affects the customer........... I still have 2 more visits scheduled, let's see how theses go and I will keep you posted.

This is the first dentist office I been too where front desk receptionist actually sat down with me and help me set up plan to have my teeth fix without having dental insurance. Like without dental insurance the prices are not expensive as other dentist offices I have been too. The receptionist understood my money situation and help me come up with a plan what needs to be fix first. The dentist is very nice, she encourage me and made sure everything was going to be okay when I had my tooth taken out. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone.
