No transparency in pricing. Awful bedside manner. Pressure sales tactics. Fear mongering. Admin staff that doesn’t understand how to properly verify benefits. (Don’t properly understand how coinsurance works). Collected medical insurance just to tell me they do not bill medical insurance. Charged a deposit to hold an appointment time. I am very grateful that I chose to leave this office without getting the care I needed, I went to another office and was treated much better and they submitted it into my medical insurance and I paid less money for a much better experience. Oh and beware!!! They will send you new patient packet to fill out, but it doesn’t include the paper you would probably want to see before coming to your appointment. As soon as you get there you will be handed a paper telling you that they do not carry medical malpractice insurance and will not treat you if you don’t sign away any rights against medical malpractice. Overall this office gave me terrible vibes, and the staff was not friendly, especially the admin staff. The Dr. himself seemed friendly, but used high pressure sales tactics and fear mongering as well as assuming my financial position, telling me, “you have to get yourself financially ready to take care of your mouth.” (you don’t know me, or what number is in my account). Would not ever recommend going here!
