Excellent and very patient staff. Caring and sensitive. Highly recommend the office if you need to make appointments around your hectic schedule since the staff always tries to accommodate.
This dental office overall is a great place! The staff are friendly and welcoming—Amanda is absolutely wonderful and always makes the experience pleasant. The dentist is amazing, professional, and truly cares about the patients. However, there is one major issue: a front desk staff member named GB. Unfortunately, she is very rude both on the phone and in person. Her attitude toward patients is unprofessional, and it’s even worse how she treats the staff—constantly disrespecting them and pushing them beyond reason. It’s really disappointing because everyone else in the office does such a great job. If you decide to come here (which I still recommend because of the excellent dentist and great staff like Amanda), just be prepared to deal with GB. Hopefully, management will address this, because one bad apple shouldn’t ruin such a great office.
