His calming presence and clear communication made what could have been a stressful appointment feel comfortable and smooth. He truly went above and beyond to ensure I was informed and cared for at every step. Jeff, the office manager, is equally outstanding. He runs the front office with such efficiency and warmth. Whether it was helping me with scheduling, explaining my treatment plan, or working through insurance questions, Jeff made the entire process seamless and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine concern for patients set the tone for the entire office. Thanks to German and Jeff, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. From my very first conversation with Garrett to my subsequent conversations with Jeff this is an amazing place. I have a huge fear of dentist and it’s been years since I’ve gone. However going today because I was having jaw pain was a wonderful experience. The front desk girls were delightful. My X-Ray technician/assistant hygienist Nash was so sweet. Dr. Mendoza was great.
