The staff and dentists are very professional and have a good energy to them. Very happy with how my teeth came out and the customer service was amazing all around. They made my experience as smooth and easy as possible, highly recommend getting your teeth done here!

Extremely disappointed with the level of service at this clinic. My friend had a scheduled appointment and was on a tight timeline, yet she was forced to wait hours past her appointment time with no communication or explanation. That kind of disregard for a patient’s time is unacceptable. When she was finally seen, the staff completely ignored her specific concerns, and the final result was bulky and unnatural-looking teeth — the exact opposite of what she asked for. To make matters worse, they told her that if she wanted it corrected, she would have to pay an additional fee, despite the fact that the issue was entirely due to their own error. For a clinic that advertises “luxury” services, the lack of professionalism, accountability, and care is alarming. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
