They insisted that my insurance will pay for their services even though I told them that they are not on my insurance approved list of dentist. They reassured me that they will file with the insurance. After paying them, they called me to let me know the insurance is not paying.

I had two other dentist before I found Dr. Conte. She was a godsend. She is so competent and nice. Everyone that works there from the front desk to the dental technicians are professionals. I feel right at home there and I’ve never particularly liked going to the dentist. And now Wyatt the therapy dog is a wonderful addition to the group.
