I had had a tooth removed and when it came to pricing they tried to get me for much more than average cost for this service, they did negotiate down. BUT I came in to get the stitches removed on a Saturday morning and my dentist was a no show. So, they gave me the offer to pay $200 to get them removed because the dentist there was on call. I had to remove my own stitches...This old way of screwing people is a dying business model. Not good to make your patient remove their own stitches and save your breath with some canned response to this. There is no good response to this and it is unacceptable-period. Update Jan 2025 they have now called me a liar for saying they were gong to charge me $200 and basically get bent-I did remove my stitches at home with tweezers very much against my will-reinforcing the terrible business practice at this place to say I embellished for a review this is waste of my time and energy I do not want to be writing this any more than you want to hear it so grow up and fix it

Hired an investigator to find out they have students working on people’s mouths. Mary was very rude, not helpful, made racist remarks to my girlfriend which we have on email. Her mouth has been hurting for almost a year before they would do anything to fix the problem. You can’t get past Mary to talk to anyone else. All this cost 3,000.00 dollars for a crown and a bunch of problems. Will not be sending anyone here.
