I went there yesterday 9/15/22 for a replaced crown. I was quoted for a replace new crown for my root canal because my old crown is coming loose and its old. They got me in really quick, same day and early too. So that's good, the front desk is nice and polite. So they asked me to pay for my replace new crown service first then I go back for the service.
The Dentist that was there, she took a look and says that I have alot of decay and cleaning the decay and filing my root down some more in order for the new crown to last/work/fit would not work. She can do it but she recommend not to and if pressure is being put on that teeth my root would shatter/crack/break and I would be very upset for spending over $1600 for it. So she didn't do that and gave me my options and I picked the denture option and also got quoted for it. Which is awesome, but I end up walking out of there with my old crown recemented in my mouth and it cost me $1400 dollars because I asked the front desk if I was getting any money back for the service that I got. They gave me $233 and some change in credit for future services in my account for their office.
I just feel cheated after I left. I have no idea why I left their office not saying a word until I got home and told my husband. Oh boy he was furious! Hence the 2 stars.

I have been a patient of Dr. Figueredo for over 15 years and I have always been pleased with his gentleness and professionalism. In emergencies they always make availability for me.
I would highly recommend his services and any of his practices to anyone who needs a good Dentist that is extremely knowledgeable and takes excellent care of all of your dental needs. He is truly amazing and is worthy of being trusted with the important task of your care.

The office is under new management. I'm really pleased with the Dr and staff. They really care for their patients. My wife and I have been with them a long time. They are very friendly and professional.
