I'm a disabled veteran also known as a wounded warrior. This Dental Group had a add on social media for a major discount on dental work as well as several available Financial options. When I finally received the phone call to come in for an evaluation and a consult by the dentist. I explained to the person on the phone my circumstances I'm not eligible for dental work at the VA and I have no insurance I can afford a monthly payment and I begged them to please help me. They said well unless you have a 650 or higher credit score and we're not going to be able to help you. Can you imagine that.

And this was around 4th of July are Independence Day Were Soldiers fought and died for our independence and have been fighting and dying to protect our country ever since. I was flabbergasted when I explained to them my circumstances that my teeth are so tender that I can't eat correctly I have one tooth that starting to abscess which will probably mean I'll lose them all. And they were unwilling to even offer me an option even if the monthly payment was high for in-house financing or something they didn't offer me anything kick me to the curb just like the VA does. So personally I would tell you this if you're a veteran avoid this place don't give that doctor your money or your insurances money that you spend every month to obtain. As well as if you have a family member that's a veteran because of this circumstance with me I would avoid this place like the plague. We all know dentists make good money yes and financing people is a risk but it can also be a huge game because if he does pay you nothing lost but just think of the review they'll leave behind if you do help them it will bring you more business than they can shake a stick at.

But when you just kick him to the curb like you don't even care. That's when I have to leave a review to let everybody know what type of dentist you're working with they make good money they can take a chance on not everybody but one that's really really in bad shape and is begging for help. Come on even I have more Humanity than this dentist and even when I'm in a conflict Zone and the enemy is down I'm still going to try to help if I can. This to me is completely unacceptable

I chose this office because they told me over the phone they accepted my insurance. That was not true. I was told that the procedure I went for would cost me over 30k. Then pushed a loan application. I don't know how good a job he would have done. I didn't bother proceeding with them. Seemed more like they just wanted the money. Went to another dentist. Had the same procedure done for a 3rd the price.

Update: since Ferber wants to lie. I still have the financial application you pushed. Your sales assistant told me that you don't take my insurance. I don't understand why you have to lie for not getting a 5-star. Folks go check out their profile on BBB. See all the legitimate complaints on them that they still haven't addressed. It's just sad they can't take any responsibility. I should have read deeper before going there.
