Our children have been going to Dr. Herman for 14 years. He is kind, caring, and attentive. Our 3 year old loves coming to the office. Carol has always been kind and caring as well. I highly recommend this office and his staff. We are thankful to have a dentist like him.

This place is horrible. You are not able to go back with your child because it is “the policy”. The staff was very rude about it. There is NO reason as to why a parent can’t go back for a dental procedure.

My child came out sweating and crying!!! Clearly there is something wrong and this place needs to be investigated! I don’t care that it’s been the policy for 20 years. You have been able to get away with it and it’s a shame. I can’t wait until more parents realize this is wrong! And put you out of business.

Brought my 4 year old twins here for their first dentist visit and they loved it. After being so scared they are now asking to go back. Thank you for making it such a good experience. From making the appointments to checking out it’s was a smooth good process. 😃

Had a visit with them on July 22,2025 , first impression of the office was great it’s very different and nice on the inside ,but there was this 1 staff who was very unprofessional and rude I were talking to another parent about it’s my first time being at a doctor for Children and the parent aren’t allowed in the back it’s was just a first for me wasn’t an issue just was different for me so another parent over heard me and expressed that they felt the same way so we were just talking to each other than one of the staff started the reasoning they don’t which was fine it was her delivery and her tone when she was talking to me that gave me attitude and also stated that if I don’t like the way they dongs I can take my children somewhere else again I wasn’t even speak to her I was talk to another parent and I didn’t say it as if I didn’t like it I were just expressing that’s this is different for me which I am entitled to my own opinion but that fact that I wasn’t saying it in a negative way me nor the other parent just expressing that’s this is a first for me ,but I ignored it and kept talking to the parent and we both laugh and said well she is being nosy lol then I realized I only had one form so I walked to front desk and there was nosy so I politely asked her for another form for my other child so she rolled her eyes and with an attitude said just write both name on that Form which was kinda odd because usually patients should have their own documents separate for two different patients but thats neither here or there, I don’t know how their process works. So then I asked her are you OK? She stated well I’m asking you the same thing because I heard you call me nosy and I said well you were being nosy because I was talking to the other parent we were having a Conversation and You inserted yourself she stated she was doing her job And I told her that doing her job is not listening in on my conversation when I didn’t ask her any Questions so she proceeds to go back-and-forth with me very unprofessional And I told her that she’s unprofessional and I’m not gonna go back-and-forth with you That I wasn’t even talking to you I was talking to the other parent we were expressing our concerns and that was it .

So I guess she went back and got the doctor and the doctor came upfront to ask me what happened so I told him what happened He stated that he was gonna deal with the worker, and that he understands my concern because there are other parents that had the same concerns I had but you know how that goes Granted the doctor was very nice very pleasant Only thing that I did appreciate that he did was after I had already spoken with him about the situation when he came out to speak with me then when they came to Get me to go over what he found he then again added on the conversation that we had Prior and then proceed to say that if I can’t afford to pay for something I don’t know if he looked at me As a person who financially don’t have it together, I really don’t know what he thought I kinda Felt like he was pre-judging me not really sure didn’t jump to conclusions and really was over it so I didn’t Say anything to him, but this is my first time experience with this Office. All I can say is it’s not what you say it’s how you say it .

I would put the staff name but no one wouldn’t tell me the staff name hopefully my experience is better the next time if there is a next time . Thank you !
