Walked out of my dentist appointment thinking my filling was half done and was gonna fall out. Sure enough it did a week later. Went for a cleaning before that. Never had a cleaning hurt before that time. No I don't have alot of build up. She was nice and would never go back.

I've been going there for years, however my doctor retired, the current doctor THREW ME UNDER THE BUS, didn't refill my meds and no explanation. I am currently going through withdrawal with no help from this God forsaken place. BAD NEWS HERE, BE CAREFUL.
I also must say, I usually do not leave reviews, but this anxiety & pain I'm going through is almost unbearable, especially when I've contacted them two or three times in the past 10 days, and no response from them. I've never been treated so bad through a doctors office in my 65+ years.

I usually only review if something is REALLY bad or really good so here goes. . Dental- AWFUL. You guys need to get more professional people in there who can handle sitting down, making calls, scrolling fb on computer and treating patients with respect and not like a nuisance for no reason whatsoever. I was a first time patient, I was on time, I didn't have a physical copy because I never received one (just ecopy) of my insurance card, big whoop! and the receptionist was just sooooooooo bothered by that. Then they rushed me, had me doing my paperwork and emailing receptionist my insurance card WHILE throwing the xray bib on me while everything was on my lap.
It was actually insane. I was so confused. Also, they canceled my first appointment on me knowing I was in pain from cavity and knowing it was like 2 months before they could get me in in first place. . and when they called to remind me of appointment, got shitty with me because i wanted to know who was calling before I said my name and I even apologized and explained myself (I get an overwhelming amount of spam calls so its pretty understandable) That should've The been my first sign to bail. The dentist was alright, I guess.
. but he has to know what's going on in there. I called a different dentist the second I drove out of there and they got my in within a week. Never again.

Unprofessional on the Medical side, told me I missed appointments that I never scheduled. Specifically told them I was not interested in zoom appointments, they scheduled anyway and said I didn’t show for appointments. I’ve never missed appointments at any other facility in 30 years plus.
Scheduling is far out for any medical situation, treated like a number not a human. Will not be going back!
