Me and family have been coming here for the a decade. I highly recommend this place. Never had any issue with appointments or rescheduling. Support staff is one of best I have ever come across. Patient and understanding. Wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. It is always good to be treated with professionalism and care.
When I say the doctor and all the other employees of Family Dental made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe they are the best. Dr Sachin Sood as I would say is excellent and combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. The services that I receive from this clinic is top class. Dr. Sood and the staff are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about my treatment, follow ups and care. I would highly recommend them to friendly and friends.

I recently had cause to go to Dr. Sachin Sood with a particularly painful and uncomfortable sensitive dental matter. He immediately put me at ease and reassured me as he has always done in the past 12 years that I have known him that he would be able to support me with the dental issue. He worked in conjunction with my periodontist and orthodontist to come up with a solution which he quickly executed with minimum of fuss. At all times I felt comfortable and at ease.
I should also mention that his prices are highly competitive leaving me with the feeling that I had value for money and excellent help and support all around. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs to undergo dental treatment. Thank you, Mr. Sood

i came to this dentist office on June 20th 2024 i had the worst experience with the front desk at 9:00am in the morning.
The receptionist was a women who super rude & disgusting i have the entire the entire thing on video!! She assumed because they could not take my insurance that i did not want to pay causing me to leave when i approached her to cancel the appointment because of how i was dealt with she didn’t even look at me so unprofessional the dentist himself is cool but the people he has working for him will definitely ruin business for him !! if i could rate my experience 0 stars oh trust i would !!
