This was my first time visiting and was a bit ahead of schedule but the front desk and those that worked on my teeth were extremely helpful and accommodating. Edit- Unfortunately, I had to reduce my rating of this location due to the horrible follow up experience that I received today. I'll start by saying that most of the employees at this location are kind but the dentist today was extremely unprofessional. I don't remember him ever introducing himself and he was out of uniform.

When he learned that he would be performing restorations on my wisdom teeth he made a comment out loud that he wasn't sure that he wanted to do it which did not set the tone right. He failed to tell me that he would be injecting me with anesthesia THREE TIMES in my mouth before doing so. Eventually I reached my limit and asked out loud why he needed to administer the injection more than once and he ignored me. Throughout the rest of the procedure I was super tense because I did not trust this guy.

His beside manner and communication skills were the worst that I've ever experienced in dentistry. I declined to make an appointment after the next 6 months. It's a shame that an experience that started off well at this location ended bad and untrustworthy.

My experience with Family Dental was awesome. With every visit i was treated very good. The staff of ladies are just fantastic. I went to pick up my completed work, and all i needed was a minor adjustment. They have given me my confidence back along with my spirit, and my smile. THANK YOU FAMILY DENTAL

I’m literally writing this in the chair as I’m still waiting. I was there for an appointment at 11… and get there early. I didn’t even get called back until after 12. It’s 12:42 and she managed to get x rays done and was complaining while doing it that I was the issue that the x rays were not working. After the x rays she went to go “help” another patient next to me.

And just talked while the other patient was doing the work. Then cleaned the other provers station while I was still waiting. I saw like 5 people just sitting on their phone behind me. They need to schedule their time way better if this is seriously how they have to run things. Or just run things better.

Why was she letting me wait while cleaning another room. I get it’s not in the best area but that doesn’t mean because you’re servicing lower income you have to have a horrible practice. Still waiting for my cleaning but not expecting great things… honestly expecting pain because how bad the service has been so far. Wish I could give a 0 star
