I called for an appointment regarding Jaw and Tooth pain and Miss Vanessa asked me to come in within the next hour. Upon arriving, I was welcomed and greeted by the front desk staff, and waited no less than 10 minutes to be seen. Miss Destinie, Miss Cindy, and of course Dr.Patel, worked miracles to find the root cause of my issue. I am leaving happy and PAIN FREE, Thanks to Fairview Dental!

My personal experience. . . magnificent! No words in the dictionary can define their professionalism, warmth, wonderful personalities, and concern for your personal needs. The staff will explain/suggest to you what you need and value your input. Gone are "my days" of not wanting to go to the dentist. I always look forward to seeing all of Fairview's great team.

Very nice and professional technicians. HOWEVER, financially dishonest, took my insurance card and said they accept my insurance. Performed the needed procedure said they sent bill into my insurance but never did. Also, xrayed my teeth multiple times, unnecessarily. Charged me over $4000 and never applied to my insurance, I paid the full amount because I am a sucker, it put me in a bind for a long time.

I called another highly-rated dentist and asked my insurance carrier what identical work would cost based on the itemized $4000+ bill. New dentist gave an estimate of $800 and my insurance verified the same. Please get a second estimate and call your insurance to verify approval and that they actually received a claim after your work is completed. It was very deceitful and I should have been more assertive instead of being nice. I’m not nice anymore, I will not go back and will scrutinize every charge and detail in future so I am not taken advantage of again.

And a 2 year follow up, my crown may not have been necessary. Either way, my tooth has been exceptionally sensitive for two years - nothing cooler than room temp or my nerve screams. Sensitive teeth toothpaste helped a little but I also can’t chew with that tooth. Final take away: Get a second estimate and contact your insurance yourself.
