I had the worst experience here today, I am done!!!! I’ve been going to this dentist office for close to 10 years. While it was under Heard everything was lovely , but since he has retired it is not even comparable. First the male receptionist has 0 customer service skills. I’ve been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months since I was a child and I’ve never had a cleaning hurt the way my cleaning hurt today. Do not recommend. I will not be returning and if you are swayed.

I enjoyed my experience coming to Flat Shoals Dental for my Orthodontic care. The staff is very nice and professional and the office is always clean. I have not experienced any issues.

I started at this practice for 2 years ago for Invisalign’s. 2 years later my teeth are straight and my overlap is gone. The staff is excellent. You will love it here. Kudos to Jay, Wade.
