All the doctors and staff here are very kind and helpful, this bad review has nothing to do with them. Please give more funding to this office so the staff does not have to deal with poor decision making from upper management. However whoever runs this business is doing an atrocious job, for the past 6 months I have received continuous messages that the phone service is out and delayed.

That is unacceptable for a doctor’s office, I do not understand how phones are legally allowed to even be out at a doctor’s office for this amount of time. Timely communication is key to medical treatment, insurance claims, prescriptions etc.

I'm writing this review specifically to give a shout-out of appreciation to Adonis. During a period when the office had lost a staff member and it was incredibly difficult to get through to referrals by phone, I spoke with Adonis in the office in person. Adonis went out of his way to make sure the message got to the appropriate person and followed up with me along the way to make sure I got the referral I needed. (My understanding is they've now hired someone for referrals so hopefully it's easier to get through now.

) Thank you so much, Adonis! I've also been coming to this practice for my primary care and OBGYN appointments for the last seven years, and would be remiss if I didn't include Dr. Greta Stewart and Donna Sillman in this review. Their care over the years has kept me coming back. I'm using 4 starts here as I don't want to misrepresent the fact that this office is plagued with many of the administrative challenges that other doctors offices face, including the fact that it was difficult to get through to referrals in the first place.

That being said, I appreciate this practice. I am grateful for the care I've received here, and extra grateful, given the occasional challenges, for Adonis, Dr. Stewart, and Donna.

This is the worst clinic I ever been to I had an appointment at 2:30.

I arrived at 2:20 wasn’t seen till 3 o’clock my week was taken then I waited for another hour to get into a room waited 15 minutes was asked all these questions then I was sent to the lab which close at 4pm I just left never will I go there hours to wait like it’s a ER what I make an appointment for unprofessional they lucky some of my day was going good

I've been an established patient here since 2003. I've seen staff come and go. I miss Dr. Bradford and Dr. Clancy they were wonderful to me. I must say my current physician Dr.

Tyler Cox he is very attentive to my needs, he actually listens to you and cares, he goes above and beyond for my medical support. I appreciate all 3 of these great men of medicine 2 of who have graced my life and the one who still remains. See you next visit Dr. Cox.
