I would like to hit 5 stars, but as a business owner I know how important it is to know how your business is running so you can make the adjustments needed. Respectfully, I don't care for thw doctor or a couple of the nurses. The nurse I had while I was there were AWESOME! When we had our kids there, 2 of them acted like they didn't want to be there, and they acted the same 2 weeks later when I came in for my appointment. The doctor as well, I feel pushes things that either because "industry standard" vs what we want to do as parents and individuals who advocate & educate for themselves. I was told I have gingivitis, after she was digging under my gum line irritating my gums, simply to incentives me scheduling another appointment in 6mo. She also assumed issues with my dental health. .
. when I've had none, and seemed surprised when I said no. I also had a sore right on my lip because I bite my lip a week prior. I let her know so she could avoid it and be careful. . . .
she didnt even listen and pulled apart my gums like they were rubber bands and I had to stop her lol!! Really kinda irritated me. So I won't be coming back. I have had WAY better experience with my children & myself at Dr. Barne's office where I've gone for years, but can't for insurance reasons.

I have been there three times in the last couple months. They're nice, kind, quick and the doc knows her craft. First time I've ever had experience with a dentist but after the assistance, efficacy and attention to detail is very nice.

I drive over an hour away because they do such a great job. They treat you with care, they are good and quick at what they do. Today I had a tooth pulled with minimal bleeding and very little pain as the numbness wears off. They numbed the spot before they gave me the numbing shots.
They ask you over and over if you are ok. It took only 6 minutes for my tooth to be pulled. I absolutely love it there (as far as dentist visits go 😆). ----Bloomington/normal Illinois location

I have visited this dental center 2 times, and both time had a very easy and quick cleaning session. Dentist did a great job and i was very happy. Most importantly i appriciate that they dont do anything the insurance would not cover or without ur knowledge. You’re well aware the cost, if any, before the procedure.
