Was a great experience they got me in with no problems an even had my consultation an removed my tooth the same day thank God because I had went to many places an kept getting the go around but they did a great excellent job. This was the best teeth extraction procedure I ever had. I have the biggest anxiety when it comes to dental work and Ialways pray Im alive after a tooth extraction. I arrived for my appointment terrified because I had one bad experience years ago where they tried to remove my tooth for at least 30 minutes, I felt my skull moving and my whole mouth, gums and lips were damaged and it took some time to recover after this procedure. So I understandably was terrified because now two teeth had to be removed. Dr.

Lee and Stephanie were amazing and caring, without fakeness (oh I hate that). It was really quick. Not only my whole mouth stayed in a normal condition and nothing in my mouth was damaged besides the removed teeth, my makeup stayed on my face (well, besides my lip balm). There was not much blood after the procedure and I was able to talk the entire way home. I got home, removed the gauze, it was pretty clean and I didn't need anymore.

It's been 6 hours since and I didn't take any painkillers yet because it doesn't really hurt, it feels more like soreness. So, I'm really happy with everything. Almost forgot to mention about how professional, caring, nice and chill the lady at the front desk was. Thank you!

Made an initial appointment and called well in advance to reschedule that time due to insurance complications. I would not have bothered to reschedule, but I was in some considerable pain. I continued to work through the insurance processing and needed to reschedule again because I didn’t want to pay thousands out-of-pocket. I had explained this carefully on the first call and contacted them in advance of the 2nd appointment. Only then was I informed that they have a strict policy of refusing a 2nd reschedule, thereby requiring you to walk in to be seen. I was also informed that there are no guarantees to be seen on walk-in. So it’s clear that they weren’t interested in my tooth pain or insurance issues.

They simply don’t want to deal with anybody requiring attention to circumstances. They would rather just not deal with you. Communication about this was horrible. They seem to be just a mill wanting to slam people through to maximize their income. I am seriously suspicious of their “stellar” ratings here. I don’t buy it. Avoid these guys.

EDIT: After receiving "Response from the owner" -- This message was apparently an automatic AI generated response immediately after my negative review. It talks about "multiple short-notice changes" which is false. There was only one rescheduled appointment more than a day in advance, then they refused a 2nd request. They also do not acknowledge that I had previously explained the circumstances with which they clearly indicated they would work. It was a total failure in their ability to communicate and a rank blow-off because they didn't want the hassle of someone with insurance issues.
