Lakeshore Dental provides excellent dental care to their clients. All the staff are welcoming and polite. I want to especially thank and recommend Dr. Camellia Mirkazemi. She does amazing work. She is very thorough and knowledgeable.

She will do anything to save a tooth instead of just extracting them. Nehad and Joanna were also very nice and helpful. They are helping me get confidence in my smile back. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

I don’t usually do reviews, but I had to share my experience. My parents decided that my siblings and I would attend school in Kenya, and when I was a freshman in high school, there was a trend where everyone was painting their teeth. I joined in, but now, years later, I want to get rid of the stains. So, I made an appointment with Lakeshore Dental after seeing an ad for a treatment that seemed to address something similar. I showed up 20 minutes early, but ended up waiting a doctor for another 40 minutes. When the doctor finally arrived, she told me she didn’t have the experience to help with this issue, but she would try grinding off a tiny layer of my teeth and placing something on top. She explained I’d have to replace it every few years.

I told her that wasn’t what I was looking for. I asked if there were any chemicals or treatments she could use, like removing stains, but she said she couldn’t do anything for me at that time. She said she had three other patients to see, but would take a picture of my teeth and send it to another doctor for consultation. I was completely speechless. Why would you have three other patients, including me, at the same time? I drove there and took the time to make an appointment, so I shouldn’t have been rushed like that. I expected help, but she barely spent two minutes with me. I decided to leave, and as I was walking out, the assistant told me I had to pay for the assessment.

I was prepared to pay, of course, but only if I received some actual help. The doctor couldn’t even offer a solution, and she was in such a rush. I also don’t understand why you have ads up for treatments you don’t have the experience to handle. I tried to express how frustrated I was, but the assistant was dismissive, which made things even worse. I had to pay for nothing.
