At first, my experience with Elite Ortho was great. However, when I had to take medical leave and fell behind on payments, I was given no options for assistance—despite being assured when I signed up that they would work with me if I ever faced financial difficulties. Instead, I was told there was nothing they could do except dismiss me from treatment. I reached out multiple times to discuss a solution, but instead of working with me, they blocked me. Eventually, I received an email stating my account was canceled.

At that point, I was only four months behind and still willing to resolve the issue. When I returned to work and tried to contact them again, I was met with an unprofessional and dismissive response. The representative I spoke with had an attitude, there was a lot of noise in the background, and I was treated as if my concerns didn’t matter. It was frustrating and honestly embarrassing. Now, I’m left in debt and only have two trays left to complete my treatment—yet they refuse to help in any way.

I regret recommending this place to so many people, as their customer service and policies clearly do not match what they promise. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

I visited Elite Orthodontist on Thursday, April 28th, for a 3:30 PM appointment, but I wasn't seen until 4:00 PM. Although I had originally scheduled the appointment online for 4:00 PM, I was told that time wasn’t available—yet ironically, I ended up being seen at that exact time. Despite arriving on time, I was kept waiting for 30 minutes after being told there would only be a short delay. When I was finally called in, a technician took pictures of my mouth using a cell phone while still wearing gloves. I voiced my concerns about sanitation, but was reassured that everything was clean. Still, it was uncomfortable watching the phone and other equipment being handled with the same gloves used in my exam. After that, I waited another 10 minutes before someone came to take X-rays. The staff appeared disorganized and unprofessional, as I was left waiting several times with little communication or explanation.

There was additional confusion when it came time to review my insurance. It took another 15 minutes before someone verified my coverage. Then, after waiting an extra 20 minutes, I was informed that the staff member who had initially been assisting me, Alexis, would no longer be helping me, and that the rest of the appointment would be completed via Zoom. I waited another 10 minutes, only to receive a message saying the Zoom meeting had been canceled. Frustrated and ready to leave, I was stopped by the dentist, who asked what was wrong. I explained the situation to both her and the front desk staff, though the receptionist simply looked at me and went to the back to speak with another employee. I was then asked to wait again so they could restart the Zoom meeting. I didn’t leave until 5:30 PM—2 hours after my originally scheduled appointment time—feeling completely ignored and extremely frustrated.

Overall, my experience was disappointing due to repeated delays, poor communication, and lack of professionalism. The only reason I stayed was because of Dr. St. Bernard, who was the one bright spot in an otherwise frustrating visit. I sincerely hope this office makes improvements moving forward.

To date, all I hear is how BEAUTIFUL his smile is - my reply is always that's that invisalign smile by Elite. I highly recommend them. Our tenure seemed so long, but now it felt too short. Aliu was absolutely amazing - with BIG emphasis on the WONDERFUL Cat, the AMAZING Maria and SWEETHEART Darli (who seemed to service him mostly), taking great care of my kiddo. Expediously addressing concerns, wrapping it to say - AN OVERALL AMAZING EXPERIENCE from start to finish. You won't be disappointed. Sad though he wasn't featured on Instagram, lol! Make him a SUPERSTAR with his now MILLION DOLLAR smile. Continued blessings to you all!

I had such a great experience here! The entire team was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all of my questions and making me feel completely at ease. On top of the amazing service, their prices were much more affordable compared to other places I looked into.

You can tell they truly care about their patients, not just about making money. I’m so glad I chose this office — I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist!
