As a traveling physical therapist for the last 13 years, I've had the opportunity to visit numerous dentistry practices nationwide. As you can guess, it can be challenging to find a dentist, or any type of medical professional for that matter, who actually listens to you and follows it up with a skillful plan and treatment. Dr. Marian Burgard's practice, however, stands out as an exceptional gem in the Rochester area. From the moment I stepped into Dr. Burgard's office, I was welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. Their professionalism and genuine care immediately put me at ease, which is not something I've encountered at every dental practice I've visited.
Dr. Burgard herself is a true expert in her field. She took the time to thoroughly explain the state of my teeth, treatment options, patiently answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing the highest quality care were evident in every aspect of my visit. And as a bonus, she made me laugh multiple times! I have been going to see Dr. Eckermann and his team for many years now and I have nothing but positive things to say about his team. Everyone one is so pleasant to work with and they have always been accommodating to my schedule. Even adjusting my appointment time last minute. I recently had the pleasure of having Dr. Burgard during my last visit.
What a wonderful addition to an already top notch team! She explained everything to me and has a very comforting bedside manner. Nothing but exceptional patient care! Highly recommend Dr. Eckermann and Dr. Burgard.

Dr. Eckermann has been my dentist since I was a kid and my experience with his practice has always been excellent. Dr. Burgard has recently joined the practice and my experience with her has been just as great. All the dental hygienists there have all been wonderful as well.
Over the years I have received fillings, had my wisdom teeth removed, and gotten other dental work and I have never had a bad experience. While I don't have children yet, I know I will have no issues bringing them to Dr. Eckermann and Dr. Burgard when the time comes. Knowing that they'll receive the same top-notch care that I've enjoyed for so long gives me peace of mind!
