Brenda, the dental hygienist was amazing. However, after she finished the cleaning, I waited over 20 minutes for Dr. Bracker who never came to my room. My time is just as valuable as hers and therefore I left without my final examination. I have been brought to Dr. Bracker‘s practice due to the fact that my dentist retired and has moved his practice under Dr. Bracker based on this experience I will be looking for an alternative.
Later this evening, I received a call from Dr. Bracker stating she was calling me from her personal cell phone and that everything on my x-rays looked fine. . . . Then she said "and SORRY!" And SORRY - What kind of response is that???!!! I will greatly miss Dr Cohen and Michelle his hygienist.

Always a pleasure at Dr Bracker’s office. From the friendly and so very helpful ladies at the reception desk to Cindy the absolute best hygienist! Dr Bracker has been kind and professional in taking care of myself and my children. We have gone here a few years now and we are very pleased with this office and recommend it to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Bracker and her staff are always professional and very friendly. Dr. Bracker always takes the time to explain your situation and give you your options. She treated my husband who was in very ill health with dignity, respect and patience and kept me informed every step of the way.
I was so grateful. Cindy who is my hygienist is absolutely wonderful. The whole staff always welcomes you with a smile.
