I am extremely happy that I came to Dr. Valencia. Everyone in her team made me feel comfortable and treated me like family. They took very good care of me while pregnant and took all the necessary precautions to protect me from any X-ray exposure. I highly recommend her and her team.

I was introduced by a recommendation and from my day one consultation it has been extremely excellent and comforting to know that this Dentist and her staff is like a throwback to the days past when you got great service and knew that you were in knowledgeable caring hands. I fully suggest that if you need dental care or better service check with them for a consultation.

Dr. Nelly Valencia is an excellent dentist with a wonderful staff. She is highly professional experienced caring warm and knowledgeable. She really knows how to lower your anxiety levels when visiting the dentist. Serene and perfectly clean environment. Going to the dentist feels like a spa! Thanks Dr. Valencia and staff😊

Revised……………. Dr. Valencia personally was professional and polite…she tried to “fix” the situation in the end…. Her team, that worked with me- messed up my procedure… Caused bruising, pain, swelling, blood up in the sinus /eye area. Now i have (nerve, sensitivity issues)- unnecessary pain, and tramua. Had to go to urgent care-Following up with my doctor. (In one situation- can’t understand why the team was laughing as they’re gave me painful jabs with needle…yes, jabs- when the doctor had already administer it, an assured me i would be fine. ) They tried to make implant? fit, so much force/pressure that it came out the other side of my gum by my lip line.

The team should’ve known the procedure was not gonna work. As it stands, I ended up having several holes stitched up, which is now a very sensitive area. Not normal, or common- unnecessary. I have to live with this- me. I am the one scarred for life- me. Hard to communicate- office mainly Spanish-speaking. Only two people spoke some english… They have a phone recording that they sent out but it’s “only” in Spanish. We did have issues getting procedure cost upfront.
