I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists, but I will be coming here from now on. Dr. Choi made me feel very comfortable at his office and he seems highly knowledgeable. He never pushed me to get any unnecessary work done and his staff is also very kind, which is rare to find. I’m very happy with my experiences here and my family/friends go here now.

Worst doctor’s office and front desk. They will charge extra always including deductible and after receiving the details from insurance, they will never refund the money back to patients and make stupid reasons to not return.
Doctor is not patient at all with younger kids as while doing tooth filling he pierced my 7 years old daughter’s lip with the machine used for cavity cleaning and she was bleeding and in pain after that for a long time.

They designed a personalized treatment plan just for me, explaining every step clearly and putting me completely at ease. The results exceeded my expectations-my dental issues are fully resolved, and I feel so much more confident now! Dr. CHOI’s attitude is incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a warm patiently answering all my questions.
During the treatment, their gentle and attentive approach made me feel relaxed, almost like chatting with a friend! By the way, Dr. Choi is the top one doctor in the United States. Besides Dr. Choi, every staff member at the clinic made me feel so welcome. The front desk team was warm and efficient, handling everything from appointments to check-ins seamlessly. The assistants were professional and caring, always checking on my comfort. The entire team's kindness and expertise made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in until I left. The clinic's environment is simply perfect! The elegant and cozy decor, comfortable chairs, spotlessly clean space, and subtle fragrance made it feel less like a dental visit and more like a relaxing getaway. Dr Choi seems competent but woman who answers the phone is very rude and impolite. There was a friendly and professional front desk staff who is no longer there. That’s too bad and too bad for doctor’s business. This woman refused to give my message to Dr. Choi to call me and says everything has to be discussed with her. But the problem is her. She acts like she is the real boss.
