I had such a great experience here! I wanted to get a general teeth cleaning before the year ended, but they said I actually needed a deep cleaning. Since I’m pregnant, they worked with me and still did a general cleaning, which I really appreciated as not all dentists or clinics are willing to do so. Dr. Patel was super gentle and made sure there was no bleeding, knowing how sensitive my gums are right now. Her assistant was really nice and the front desk staff was so welcoming.

They even offered water, snacks, and gave me a goodie bag. I didn’t get that kind of welcoming at the other clinic I went to. Not every place goes out of their way like this, so I’m really thankful for their care.

About a month ago, I had two crowns placed right before Christmas. A month later, I was still in pain. When I looked in the mirror, I realized the crowns didn’t fully cover my teeth. Since I had already moved out of Chicago, I reached out to the dental office. They initially responded with an email and a message, seemingly just to cover themselves.

But when I replied, they never responded. I’m shocked by how they handled this. I wish I had never gone there or trusted their treatment.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Patel and the staff. I had been avoiding going to the dentist for a long time because I was worried about being judged or a bad experience. Dr Patel and the team did a great explaining what I needed done in a supportive way making me feel very comfortable.

When I got my fillings she made sure I was comfortable and pain free and not getting overwhelmed. She explained every step along the way so I knew what was coming and what to expect. She did so much to help my fears of going to the dentist and I feel reassured knowing that I have somewhere to go now

I'm not sure what rating to give this review. I went here for two years and it was great. Service was good. My teeth looked great. They convinced me I needed extra deep cleaning bc I had gone awhile without insurance and had missed several cleanings.

I asked if it would be covered by insurance and they said it would. Fast forward two years later, after I had had two deep cleanings and several 3 month followups required because of the deep cleaning, and they had been fighting to get it covered by my insurance since the first appointment when it was proposed. They didn't tell me anything about the possibility that it wouldn't be covered until I get an unexplained and unannounced bill for hundreds of dollars 2 years later. At every appointment, I had asked it I had a balance and they assured me that "you're all set", but I guess that was a lie. Then, when I get this random bill emailed to me with no details, I had to call their billing department to get an explanation of what happened.

Their phone prompts are broken so you can't actually reach them other than to leave a message with someone else and hope you're available when they call you back. This is presumably because they don't want you to be able to reach them. I'll never go back.
