I don’t understand how my appointment can be rescheduled on their end LAST MINUTE but I call because I need to reschedule due to work purposes, I’m being told that I will be charged a $200 fee. That will be my very last time going here. The first impression was great here but I had to deal with the guy at the front desk and he had no care in the world. He was rude, no empathy at all.

Called me less than 48 hours to tell me to come in 50 minutes after my scheduled appointment but because I’m looking for reschedule it’s impossible. FIND A DIFFERENT DENTIST Cause they are ridiculous here.

The team at Dental Services PC has been really kind to me and my anxiety surrounding dentists/dental work. They have been very patient with me and keep me well informed with the procedure steps. Everyone from the doctor, hygienist and receptionists are super friendly and welcoming. 5/5

ABYSMAL customer service. Here's the sequence of events: -Several months ago, I schedule an appointment for June 19, a holiday when I have the day off work. -A few days beforehand, Dental Services texts me and says that THEY have to reschedule the appointment. I take June 30 as a placeholder but mention that I might have to reschedule, and they tell me it's fine as long as I cancel by the 26th. -On the 26th, I text requesting a reschedule.

HOWEVER, because this was after 5 pm, it wasn't "within normal business hours" and outside the "48 business hours" cancellation policy, I'll be charged $75 if I reschedule. I express confusion about how that was 48 business hours since their website says they're open on Saturdays, their Yelp and Google pages say they’re open on Saturdays, and I have had several appointments myself on Saturdays. I'm told that June 7th was their last Saturday open- information that is not available online. One big reason I used Dental Services in the first place was their Saturday appointments. -Thinking this might be better to hash out over the phone than by text, I call and explain the situation.

But the receptionist tells me that she'd have to ask her manager whether there's any way I could reschedule without the $75 charge, but said manager will not be in until the day AFTER my appointment. This is ridiculous. I had to reschedule a work meeting and take half a day off so that I could avoid being charged.
