My family and I has never had any problem, being it billing, the actual services performed, through customer service. It is almost like an extended family for me and my family. Buyer beware, these folks are LIARS when it comes to pricing!! I'm speaking on behalf of my father, who was not happy at all about being mislead into believing that his insurance would cover 100% of his dentures. 3 TIMES did he ask to make sure, they even had him switch from Humana to Aetna since his old provider wouldn't cover everything. Turns out they failed to mention that there'd be a $158 deductible, which left dad furious because he was told it'd be free. . .

3 TIMES. Heck, he even sacrificed driving 2 hours back and forth on several occasions since he lives in Plainfield, since we have a family friend who rec'd them to us. Needless to say, he won't be wasting his time going there anymore nor rec'd their services. You guys need to be transparent about pricing, make sure all your employees know because this is unacceptable.

I was referred to Dr. Christine Saguil at Dental Radiance by a colleague so I trusted that I'd receive great care and I was right! If I can go so far as to say that a trip to the dentist was great, it was. Dr. Saguil did a very thorough exam, comprehensive x-rays with state of the art equipment and personally cleaned my teeth, rather than having her dental hygienist do it. I came back a week a later to have three old cavities refilled and the experience was equally pleasant.

And my teeth look great. I highly recommend Dr. Saguil at Dental Radiance in Hoffman Estates. I' have since referred my friends and family there as well.

BEST DENTIST EVER. I had crippling dentist anxiety my entire life until I found Dr. Saguil. I have had many treatments at her clinic both invasive and noninvasive. Dr.

Saguil and her staff go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and stay informed. Now I can say I genuinely LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist! Can you believe it?!
