We all know that the dentist is always a fear people have, including myself having a massive fear from past experiences. This is hands down the best dentist I I’ve ever been to. From start to finish, all staff is so kind and caring. Dr David goes above and beyond!! And that’s an understatement in my opinion.

I way originally scheduled for a root canal at another clinic a week out, last night I was having excruciating pain and needed to get in the next day extremely bad. I’ve recently seen a couple different dentists to get different options on my situation, which was not good. Dental Group was able to get me in to see Dr David that same day, and although he had a full schedule, he was able to work around everything and still get my root canal done. He is insanely patient, kind, extremely caring and explains everything to you and makes you feel more than comfortable.

This is going to be my new dentist I go to for everything!! Highly, highly recommend this clinic, everyone is extremely amazing. I can’t say more amazing things about this group!

I was a customer of this practice for ~5 years give or take until today 4/28/25 The service is moderate but it’s close from work /home so it was convenient. I was happy with this dentist practice overall. Customer service is bad, there’s 2 ladies on the front desk the Hispanic one is rude and unprofessional She’s the reason why I’m switching my wife and 3 kids to a different dentist practice. The other lady is or seems European and she’s polite and considerate but I don’t get a guarantee that’s she’s going to help me every time I go.

Hopefully the owner of this practice sees this note and at least talks to the front desk lady. If she doesn’t like to deal with customers she should look for a different job she has attitude and needs to be a bit humble. Hopefully this helps others and don’t take attitude from her. When I told her I was canceling and not going there anymore she just said OK with an attitude like she didn’t care off course she doesn’t care she will get paid on Friday regardless.

And if I’m paying for a service I want to get some type of respect at least.

I’ve been using this dental office for over five years, back when they were in their old location with limited staff—but a great team. I love Dr. Alex, the owner, who used to work just a couple of days a week back then. Dr. Marwan has been with them for a long time—an excellent doctor! Unfortunately, I have to switch dentists due to unprofessional staff and ongoing billing issues.

I had a situation where my services were incorrectly billed to my wife’s insurance policy. With my experience in medical billing, I immediately recognized the issue, but the office staff refused to listen and even argued with me instead of reaching out to my insurance. Eventually, they corrected the mistake but never informed me or offered an apology. Billing problems have been a recurring issue—patients are asked to pay outstanding balances upfront, yet the office still sends additional bills. When you call for clarification, no one seems to know what’s going on, and they just keep asking for payment.

I really hope Dr. Alex sees this and addresses these concerns.

I’ve been coming here for a couple years now and always have a great experience. Ally is a great hygienist. She does a great cleaning and is very thorough. She is always friendly and makes sure you feel comfortable. She always remembers things we discussed in the previous cleaning from 6 months prior. All the doctors have been good so far as well. Very friendly and professional.
