I looked for a long time before I found this Dentist. I couldn't be happier. What great work Dr Caron does The staff is out going and very helpful Very happy atmosphere 😀

Best dentist ever. He saved 3 of my teeth, one which was scheduled to be pulled, an incident which happened when he was on vacation. Top notch Dentist, ultimate care. Clean office and chairs. His staff however needs to be fired. A year ago I wanted a tooth crowned because it split. The staff submitted for pre authorization. Jody suggested I just come in and get it done but I waited for the 'yes' from my ins provider. after a long story and 8 months it was declined for the 3rd time. The ins rep insisted in bewilderment as to why they cant just follow the one page punch list of info they needed to approve. During that time I had a scheduled cleaning. At the desk one of the receptionists said "im not sure why they are taking so long. " So, jokingly I said "because they are democrats?" . . not only did she think that was NOT funny but the look I got was of anger. Woops.
That's where the whole thing blew out of proportion. The doctor has NO idea what transpired with his team. 2 more declines all the while my doctor literally fought for my cause, as he does for all his patients. SO, long story short(er) my last visit they had it out for me. Just prior to sitting in the chair I had to sign something (no I didn't read it,) but signed it. In the chair with the water jet tool suddenly she cranked it SO high I though my ear was going to bleed. After the cleaning I went to the reception desk in a pure daze. I couldn't here anything but a screeching. She apologized. Never happened before at any dentist office. 2 months later and 2 dr visits I am getting a lawyer. I am suing them to the hilt. My ear will never be the same, headaches, terrible. They made it quite clear they were no happy with me. But instead of communicating they did a few stupid things. The entire story will come out in court.
If you are a conservative, don't ever mention it. I have another apt with a specialist to confirm with 2 doctors my ear is SO screwed up. My eardrum is a mess and the hairs in the inside of my right ear have vanished. THATS the decibel she hit for 5 full seconds. All this will come out in court, all intentions will come to light of a judge so he can decide what to do. Jessica was the very best in cleaning my teeth. Very friendly but the three of them are vengeful. I want my hearing back in that ear. As a part time musician and a flute maker needing to tune my instruments for sale is now a memory. Congrats to them for hammering a conservative, how mature. I will update as we go to court. I am composing my letter to the BBB, the attorney general and the health dept as my attorney has suggested in preparation for litigation. How sad. How very sad.
