My dental journey with Dental Design Smile was two years. I started out wanting veneers. On my first visit my right front tooth was recently split, broken in two and needed to be pulled and replaced with something. I only had an appointment for a consultation, but they took me in and made availability for me and pulled my tooth and gave me a partial and an implant. This was right before Christmas two years ago. On my next appointment I had to get several teeth pulled and one tooth had an abscess that the dentist stated had to have been there for several years. I did not know this before going, because it did not hurt.

My dentist in Atlanta, Ga never mentioned this. The dentist showed me the abscess and I was horrified that this was in my mouth. The dentist had to give me several bone grafts to prepare my gums for veneers. In addition, I had several other procedures performed. I was treated with such care. Everyone in the office is nice and very patient and very kind. I had a two year journey because my mouth was in pretty bad shape, so everyone in the office knew me.

When I walk in they greet me by name. I love my veneers and beautiful new smile. This is by far the best Dentist office I have ever visited. The prices are right and reasonable compared to any other dentists. I will never ever let another dentist touch my teeth.

Hey, just wanted to give you a heads up about this place. It's seriously the worst! I finally get why they're so strict with security. Their work doesn't hold up at all.

And when something goes wrong, they're so quick to make excuses instead of fixing it. Can you believe my crown fell off after just two years? Now even the veneers are starting to come off. Please, save yourself the trouble and don't go there!
