I was subject to gaslighting by this facility. There is a policy that outlines a three missed appointment "rule", which I will not delve into. However, I had previously missed two appointments due to health reasons before attempting to cancel my most recent appointment the day prior.
Despite the fact that I could not reach anyone and that the facility could see on their call log that I had attempted to cancel, they informed me that the missed appointment still counted against me because of my history. Furthermore, they claimed that their system was down and they were unable to send me a text reminder and that they had failed to leave a voice message reminder for that appointment so that I could attempt to cancel even earlier. Consequently, I now only have the ability to schedule an appointment on the day of and only if there is a cancellation.
While I understand that I missed appointments in the past, I do not believe that I, or anyone else, should be subjected to medical penalties for shortcomings on the part of the facility. I would recommend seeking services elsewhere due to the gaslighting that I experienced.

Highly recommend! I had a great experience at first, staff was gentle and patient. However, I had a bad situation. They put in three temporary fillings, and told me if they got infected to call. All three got infected, ended up abcessing, and they refused to see me, told me to go to urgent care. I ended up on several rounds of antibiotics and then with cdiff.
During that time (the cdiff time) I had an appt for a cleaning, which I missed. When I recovered, I called to reschedule, and had been dropped as a patient. The office manager ended up getting involved, and immediately fixed the situation and got me rescheduled.

Absolutely love this place! They do great work and are very diligent. Great care to teeth. I'm highly sensitive to needles and I got six shots on the bottom right of my jaw and barely felt a thing.
Dr. Morris is highly recommended and I've had the best dental experience in their office. Also, they do not do silver fillings, they only do the fillings that bond and match the color of your teeth, which is another plus! And they accept medicaid

This is the beat dental staff I've been a patient with in my entire life, by FAR. Victoria and Teri are SO calming and reassuring. I have serious anxiety and a history of dental work trauma, and they have been so, so sweet and patient with me. I'm beyond grateful. Not only that, but Dr.
Morris is beyond skilled. Quick, effecient, extremely skilled at what she does. I recommend this team to everyone.
