I absolutely would recommend this dentist. The techs were amazing and the Dr was phenomenal. They gave me a clear plan and how much it would cost answer all my questions and was super patient. I hate going to the dentist and was very anxious they waited and helped calmed me down before proceeding.

I wish I would give this place 0 star. The dentist is extremely rude and racist. A friend of mine doesn’t speak English, so she asked me to help her translate while she was there. The moment my friend walked in the place, my friend was very honest and told them she doesn’t speak a lot of English, but she got me to help her translate throughout the whole thing. They came so rude and attitude change towards her after she said that. They made her bring $400 cash— no big bills, with her at her appointment to pay. Like what? Who would have that much money in cash to carry around? Even before they started on anything, my friend of mine wanted to make sure how much it’ll all cost in average. So I asked the dentist. How much for the 2 fills and a basic cleaning. The dentist said my friend needs a X-ray. She tried to tell us to do the unlimited X-ray for $200 plus, so I asked her if it’s necessary bc my friend doesn’t have a lot of money and her big problem is the 2 fill ins.

Then she said, one time X-ray is $90 something. So I had to ask her one last time, is it mandatory or optional bc I don’t know how it all works. I don’t want my friends spend her hard work money on something that’s not needed for what she wanted done. She said “it’s the law. ” I mean, idk that’s the law, I was just asking question bc I’m not sure how dental stuff works. Then I told her, if it’s mandatory then go ahead n do it so she can get her teeth clean and fill in. She got so rude and mean telling us “you don’t trust your dentist then we won’t work on you. You guys can leave now. ” The dentist literally yank the paper thing they wrapped around her neck n told her to leave the place. I haven’t say anything about trust here. We are just asking for prices, questions that we don’t know about.

How about them educate us something we don’t know and learn how to speak to their customers nicer? What’s wrong with asking questions? If we don’t know how much we are paying, how we gonna be at the end of its outrage prices? She’s trying to tell us is over $200 for X-ray unlimited. then 90$ something for one time. We gotta do what’s good for our pocket. If it’s not mandatory then we won’t do it. If it’s required then go ahead. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone Especially if you’re not crazy rich, you’re first time, sensitive person, nervous person, you’re not carrying cash bc if you pay card. They’ll be rude to you too. Never again. I don’t even know how she’s in price for that attitude and personality.

Worst experience ever. Not only was the dentist herself rude but she was also very condescending. Was told I had an infection in my tooth and given nothing but 800mg ibuprofen. The other side of my jaw hurt so bad from the pressure they put on it, was in more pain on that side of my jaw than I was from where they removed my tooth ( not the same side I was getting done).

Then after all of that I was asked to pay cash and they got upset when told i was paying with card. Why would I ever carry more than 300 in cash?? Won't ever go back.

Absolutely would not recommend especially if you are nervous at the dentist. The techs were very sweet, understanding and gentle. The dentist her self was very rude and rough. She was telling me to get a second job because I didn't have $600 for work I wasn't expecting the same day.

Bringing up and asking my personal businesses and was rough when looking in my mouth. She was not understanding in one but and rude. Basically seeming as if I didn't have the money she wanted then I could leave.
