I had one of the worst experiences at this dental office. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I waited over two hours before being seen. What’s the point of setting an appointment if they’re incapable of managing their schedule? When I finally got into the chair, things only got worse. The dentist rushed through the procedure, and it was clear that attention to detail was not a priority.
Unfortunately, this led to a mistake in the dental work—I had to visit another dentist shortly afterward to have it corrected. The new dentist informed me that the issue could have easily been avoided with proper care and technique. What made it even more frustrating was the lack of accountability. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the staff seemed indifferent, treating my concerns as though they were unimportant.
If you’re looking for reliable, professional dental care where your time and health are respected, I strongly recommend going elsewhere. This office is not worth the frustration or the risk to your dental health.

He takes time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you're comfortable throughout your visit. The whole office feels warm and welcoming.

To my surprise I'm reading some unfavorable comments. I'm new to this office and have nothing but praise for Dr. Liem. He's an in-network provider under my Cigna dental plan. The other in-network providers were questionable (at best) . In 3 visits, Dr.
Liem replaced a filling and took care of a two-tooth gap I had to live with since 2021. Denture-in and now a smile as wide as the Grand Canyon. 👍😊 . PS - arrive 0ne half hour early to find parking.
