This office is unorganized and slow. Every appointment, there is a waiting time regardless If you're on time or not. I can see waiting anywhere from 5-10 mins. I can not count the many times I was inconvenienced but this evening I came in ON TIME for an appointment and I still had to wait.
I end up having to reschedule due time to a scheduling mishap after receiving the correct time via msg. I would not recommend.

Dr Patel is the best dentist i have been to and his assistant Mrs. Bonnie outstanding customer service they are professional and caring and the office is nice and clean love the service will continue using their services.

My review keeps being taken down. Very unprofessional & unwelcoming experience as a first time patient. The receptionist was very rude and smart when speaking with her. They violated my HIPPA rights. Continued to text me information instead of calling when I requested a call from the provider I was told “he doesn’t call his patients”. I was refused services because I didn’t want to pay out of pocket for gum surgery and a second crown.
I spoke with my insurance and was informed they submitted bad information for my second crown which was why it was denied. They rather you pay out of pocket instead of going through insurance. I would not recommend. I’m pretty sure this review will be removed too.
